The purpose of this RFP is to seek a contractual partner to create a ‘one-stop’ information technology system to consolidate, integrate and disseminate HIV/AIDS data. The aim is to use the data for more dynamic and innovative ways to analyze and present data from multiple perspectives, which would lead to enhanced performance management and measurement.
