The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a two-year long-term agreement (LTA) with a successful bidder and select a suitable business entity (the contractor) to provide highly qualified camera crews, editors and post-production services as well as photographers at short notice.

The specific types of services in need are:

1. TV News Images and Reports
2. Photographs of Important Missions, Events and Photographic Essays
