The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to produce a set of documents and reports, providing literature research, analytic support and drafting, in support of the efforts of the Chief, Strategic Policy Directions, and others within the Executive Office, particularly in support of the articulation of positioning UNAIDS and the AIDS response for the future – including in relation to 1) UNAIDS’s corporate strategy 2016-2021 and 2) the post-2015 development agenda.
