Technical Assistance on HIV costing and technical efficiency, fiscal space analysis and integration into social and health financing schemes

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to assist UNAIDS in supporting the Economics Reference Group Technical Working groups on costing and technical efficiency, and sustainability of HIV financing as well as document country case studies/best practices related to transitioning towards increased domestic funding for HIV.
