UNAIDS Regional Support Teams (RSTs) provide timely and effective support to UNAIDS Country Offices, while working with regional partners to coordinate and provide programming and technical support to strengthen national responses.
Africa - Eastern and Southern
Dr Sheila Tlou is the Director of the UNAIDS Regional Support team for Eastern and Southern Africa. The office is located in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Africa - West and Central
Dr Mamadou Diallo is the Director of the UNAIDS Regional Support Team for West and Central Africa. The office is located in Dakar, Senegal.
Asia and Pacific
Mr Steve Kraus is the Director of the UNAIDS Regional Support Team for Asia and Pacific. The office is located in Bangkok, Thailand.
Caribbean
Mr Ernest Massiah is the Director of the UNAIDS Regional Support Team for the Caribbean. The office is located in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.
Europe and Central Asia
Dr Jean-Elie Malkin is the Director of the UNAIDS Regional Support Team for Europe and Central Asia. The office is located in Moscow, Russian Federation.
Latin America
Mr César Nunez is the Director of the UNAIDS Regional Support Team in Latin America. The office is located in Panama City, Panama.
Middle East and North Africa
