The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to assist UNAIDS in supporting the Economics Reference Group Technical Working groups on costing and technical efficiency, and sustainability of HIV financing as well as document country case studies/best practices related to transitioning towards increased domestic funding for HIV.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to produce a set of documents and reports, providing literature research, analytic support and drafting, in support of the efforts of the Chief, Strategic Policy Directions, and others within the Executive Office, particularly in support of the articulation of positioning UNAIDS and the AIDS response for the future – including in relation to 1) UNAIDS’s corporate strategy 2016-2021 and 2) the post-2015 development agenda.

Long Term Agreement (LTA) - Scientific Writing Services

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with successful bidders and select a suitable contractor(s) to carry out research, writing and editing of public documents in English in close consultation with UNAIDS and its stakeholders. UNAIDS will enter into a Long Term Agreement with each suitable contractor. The agreements will be valid for three years.

UNAIDS currently has Long Term Agreements for Scientific Writing Services with seven contractors. Those Agreements expire in October 2014. All contractors wanting to enter into a new Long Term Agreement with UNAIDS, including any existing suppliers, must make a competitive bid.

Bidders are requested to propose the best and most cost-effective solution to meet UNAIDS requirements, while ensuring a high level of service.
