The purpose of this RFP is to select a suitable contractor to administer and maintain the existing web-based tools of UN Cares, the UN system-wide workplace programme on HIV, to do layout and distribution of a bi-weekly newsletter and to advise on and develop new tools as required. These websites were developed by external providers and are hosted in an external shared server environment.

A contractor is sought to provide services for 2 years, with possibility of extension for one additional year subject to evaluation of performance (Estimated starting date for services July 2014).
