The purpose of this RFP is to select a suitable contractor to manage the Technical Support Facility for West and Central Africa (TSF WCA) for a period up to two years with the possibility of a two year extension depending upon performance and budget availability. The TSF WCA will facilitate the provision of quality technical support and capacity development services to help strengthen the delivery of effective national AIDS programs in the Western and Central Africa Region towards reaching the High Level Meeting targets and the MDGs.
