Direct Support for Key Population Data Analysis and Presentation

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to P) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to provide support for the collection, collation, analysis and presentation of HIV and behavioral surveillance data for upcoming reports to the Programme Coordination Board and the Special Session of the United Nations General Assembly on the world drug problem as well as monitoring the new 90-90-90 targets.

This project aims to provide critical evidence for upcoming UNAIDS reporting to the PCB and UNGASS in part by filling gaps in data that go unreported to UNAIDS and/or Global Fund and synthesizing analysis of these new data with existing UNAIDS databases.

The successful bidder for this RFP will produce the following key outputs:

  1. standardized database that can be readily maintained by UNAIDS staff into the future,
  2. a digital library of grey literature reports on surveys of key populations, and
  3. a set of maps showing key subnational indicator data over time for 50 priority countries.
