The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to eenter into Long Term Agreement(s) of four years total period, namely an initial two years period, with an additional one + one year extension subject to acceptable performance and availability of budget, to carry out a range of editorial services, including editing and proofreading English and/or French language documents.
The consultant(s) proposed should, first and foremost, have extensive experience in the professional editing and proofreading of complex and technical material—knowledge of HIV issues is an advantage but not a requisite.
