Performance of secretariat functions to the UNAIDS Reference Group on HIV and Human Rights

The purpose of this RFP is to select a suitable contractor to perform secretariat functions for the UNAIDS Reference Group on HIV and Human Rights (Reference Group) during the period 4 November 2013 to 31 December 2014.

The Reference Group advises UNAIDS on all matters relating to human rights and law in the HIV response. The Secretariat provides support to the Reference Group in its advisory capacity to UNAIDS.
