The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a suitable contractor to report on the level of international assistance in 2010 & 2011 for HIV to low and middle income countries originating from governments not member of the OECD Development Assistance Committee (e.g. BRICS, G20, OPEC or other OECD members).
