- Le progrès de l’Afrique est réel, visible, impressionnant et bien établi : les chiffres sont là pour l’attester. Durant les douze dernières années, la croissance réelle du PIB dans 48 Etats africains s’est maintenue à un rythme annuel moyen de 5 à 7 % ; durant la même période, six des pays du monde ayant enregistré la croissance économique la plus rapide étaient africains.

They damage efforts to prevent, treat and care for HIV. They remove incentives for people to get tested. And they undermine public trust in health care providers.
