A day with friends/Lost in Transgender

OUTLOOK followed Brazilian transwomen through a day of food, fashion and fun.

description

The Day with Friends photo shoot draws inspiration from a Brazilian transgender umbrella group which requests all affiliated association to include time and money in their work to create simple enjoyment-oriented spaces for transgender people. This can be going to the movies or having ice cream; the goal is to be out during the day, to feel strong in a group and face spaces believed to be 'off limits.'

OUTLOOK followed Brazilian transwomen through a day of food, fashion and fun. Together they met for coffee, spent time in a park and visited the Museum of Modern Art.

Go behind the scenes with a special video of the photo shoot. Meet the models and hear from the photographer on this unforgettable day.
