The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder to provide audio conferencing services. The contract would be for a minimum period of 1 year starting 1 January 2013 with an option to extend the contract for additional two years for a maximum of three years.
The scope of the requirement is to provide audio conferencing services, particular to the level of subscription, capacity, charging/payment scheme, training/support and features/functions as described in the attached ITB document.
