The Communications at UNAIDS will implement a communication campaigns programme for various AIDS related issues.
This programme aims to deliver tailored messaging to the identified target groups/stakeholders in order to achieve respective objectives of each AIDS related issue.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into an amendable contractual agreement with the successful bidder to develop a strategy, create and implement a communication campaign across various platforms for the elimination of new HIV infections among children by 2015 focused primarily for the High Level Meeting on AIDS and subsequent related events. Subject to funding availability, the satisfactory performance and result(s) of the first delivered campaign, UNAIDS will further amend the initial contract and engage the selected bidder for conducting four other campaigns.
