Second Independent Evaluation of UNAIDS – Multi-stakeholder Consultation (Bangkok)
A multi-stakeholder consultation was held in Bangkok, Thailand on 27-29 March focused on 3 key recommendations:
1. UNAIDS Mission Statement and new Strategic Plan
2. Partnership Strategy
3. Review of the Division of Labour
This meeting was the first in a process of broader consultations around the implementation of the Second Independent Evaluation and allowed UNAIDS to engage directly with a broad base of stakeholders. Although it was not expected to generate concrete outcomes many key issues were discussed resulting in extremely valuable contributions to the implementation process, and which are recorded in theReport of the Consultation.
