Development of a National AIDS Spending Assessment Resource Tracking Tool (NASA RTT)
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to develop computer software (known as the NASA Resource Tracking Tool or NASA RTT), which will facilitate National AIDS Spending Assessments (NASA). The NASA RTT should be a client-server multi-user desktop software with distributed database capabilities that allows countries to track the resources involved in their response to HIV.
