Original Tendering Information:

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select suitable contractors and enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder for the provision of Management Coaching services for a period of six months.

Objectives of the consultancy:

1. Build understanding within the ESR management team of the level of managerial competency expected of them and agree on the current baseline competency within ESR
2. Facilitate reflection and discussion of the key management issues within the ESR management team and agreement on an overall set of development goals
3. Provide a set of confidential customized coaching sessions that management team members can use to work towards the agreed objectives
4. Facilitate a stock-taking process whereby the ESR management team can identify progress made and next steps for maintaining a strong management practice in ESR
