The purpose of this ITB is:
- To provide two (2) years support and maintenance to the twelve (12) UNAIDS VC systems in Geneva, including the MCU, Gatekeeper, ISDN Gateway and nine (9) Video Conferencing units.
- To provide up to five (5) days of “on-demand” consultancy with the purpose of supporting minor changes in the Video Conference network as required.
