Original Tendering Information:
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to carry out task to develop a partnership and cross cutting competency face to face workshop. This is phase one of a three phase project, phase two in 2012 will be to deliver and refine the face to face workshop and phase three, to develop a distance learning module. A separate request for proposals will be issued for each phase as appropriate.
