The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to carry out the following task(s):
- Design and implementation of an application to be ported to mainstream tablets and mobile devices to hold UNAIDS electronic publications in various formats (pdf, epub etc…)
- Enter into a 2-year agreement (with possibility of a one year extension) for the conversion of UNAIDS publications in electronic format (epub and other formats needed for lot 1) and submission to mainstream distributors (apple iBookstore, amazon, google books etc…).
Bidders can bid for 1, 2 or both.
