The purpose of this RFP is to select a suitable contractor to carry out the task of designing, producing, managing and dismantling the Joint UNAIDS Exhibition Booth at the XXth International AIDS Conference in Melbourne, Australia, 20-25 July 2014.
The XXth International AIDS Conference will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Center (MCEC) located in 1 Convention Centre Pl, South Wharf 3006, Melbourne. The exhibition space during the conference will be open to the public from Sunday 20 July to Thursday 24 July 2014. An estimated 18,000 delegates will visit the exhibition area over the five conference days.
UNAIDS Secretariat is responsible for coordinating the engagement of UNAIDS at the conference and seeks to commission the design, production, management and dismantling of an exhibition booth to accommodate publications, electronic media and other display materials of the eleven Cosponsoring organizations and the UNAIDS Secretariat.
A floor space of 100 square meters will be allocated for the booth. The shape of the allocated space is not yet confirmed therefore the design could be either rectangle or square. Flexibility in the design and cost are highly recommended.
