Supporting the integration of human rights issues and programmes into national HIV planning processes in three regions
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder to build the national capacity in up to 30 countries to integrate human rights into national HIV strategic plans through the organization of regional workshops and provision of technical support to countries. Vendors are requested to propose the best and most cost-effective solution to meet UNAIDS requirements, while ensuring a high level of service.
