The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to develop a Risk Management Strategy and Framework for UNAIDS.
The objectives of the project are:
- To assess and measure the risk culture within UNAIDS and understand the current level of risk management awareness and perception within UNAIDS.
- To assist in the development of a risk management framework and strategy in line with recognized international best practices and standards.
The expected outputs of the project are the following:
- A Risk Management Framework and Strategy document
- A Risk Management training workshop
