The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to provide legal advice on governance issues and other ad hoc related legal issues, and to provide support to the UNAIDS Secretariat during the CRG and PCB meetings to be held in Geneva on 21-23 June, 2011
In addition, this consultancy is to provide the UNAIDS Secretariat with legal advice on a range of matters upon request (e.g., privileges and immunities, accreditation, host country agreements, memoranda of understanding with partners).
