The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to design and develop a dashboard with national HIV and AIDS related data for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Region.
The contractor will be requested to:
- Clean, analyze and interpret the latest available HIV and AIDS data, for the Countries of the MENA Region, with the addition of Pakistan and Afghanistan;
- Design and development of an electronic dashboard, which can be easily accessed, managed and updated by non professional IT users;
- Provide ad-hoc in depth analysis of selected regional, national or thematic issues
