Original Tendering Information:
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder to conduct a multivariate analysis and develop a publication on the potential association between MDG3 (gender equality) and MDG 6 (HIV) in women and key populations in concentrated epidemics.
The work will assist in positioning gender equality in the global policy dialogue on the MDG goals and will support UNAIDS in its intellectual and strategic leadership function to enable more efficient and effective progress on HIV and related areas.

Reason for revision: UNAIDS has modified the requirement for delivery of the final report from July-20 to end of September 2012.
Therefore UNAIDS has decided to extend the closing date of the RFP from 10-May-2012 to 21-May-2012 at 17:00hrs
Consequently a new date to submit Intention to Bid or questions is set for 14-May.
Bidders already having expressed their intention to bid, do not need to resubmit.
