Technical Assistance on Sustainable and Innovative HIV Financing
The purpose of this RFP is to select a suitable contractor to assist UNAIDS with analysis and technical support in the area of sustainable and innovative financing.
The consultancy includes the following mayor tasks described more in the detail in the Request for proposal:
1. Describe global principles of fair share
2. Support selected priority high burden countries to develop financial sustainability plans
3. Monitor and analyse AIDS budgets and resource flows of selected donor-dependent countries
4. On basis of experiences with the development of sustainable financing plans, develop guidance that countries can use when deciding on options
