The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to prepare and implement advocacy activities to leverage the commitments made in the Political Declaration on HIV/AIDS: Intensifying our Efforts to Eliminate HIV/AIDS through a strengthened role of the European Union in the global AIDS response.
