Equipping, designing and adapting a Multimedia Broadcasting Studio in UNAIDS HQ.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with one or more successful bidder(s) and select one or more suitable contractor(s) to (a) equip and (b) adapt existing translation booths into a dual purpose space for translation booths and a fully operational, video production and broadcast studio environment with a multi-purpose editing suite.

This RFP is composed of 2 component for which the bidder can select to bid for one or both components.

The components are:

  • Component A: Equipment, installation, and after-sales customer support and services,
  • Component B: Design concept, architectural engineering and construction of the multimedia production and broadcasting studio.

UNAIDS is seeking vendor(s), who can provide and install the equipment and software and in the case of component B provide innovative and low-cost ways of designing such a production space and broadcast studio.
