The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder to carry out an assessment of the 2014 GARPR monitoring framework thereby identifying redundancies, gaps and areas which will need attention in the framework for 2020-2030; and develop a draft framework for 2015-2020 which documents emerging areas and suggests and updated indicator set and reporting mechanisms for global and country level to measure progress against future targets.
Interim findings are to be presented to Indicator Working Group in April 2015.
Draft new framework and indicator set are to be presented to the MERG in October 2015.
