I BELIEVE

The “Believe it. Do it.” campaign starts with the simple belief that children everywhere can be born free from HIV by 2015.

UNAIDS Goodwill Ambassadors Naomi Watts and Annie Lennox are among the person-alities who are adding their voices and commitment to “Believe it. Do it.”. The campaign is working to ensure children everywhere are born free from HIV by 2015 and their mothers remain healthy.

On a sunny day in New York, in addition to the two UNAIDS Goodwill Ambassadors, actors Blair Underwood and Denis O’Hare joined UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador Whoopi Goldberg, Alexandra Wentworth, George Stephanopoulos and Sujean Rim to create a public service announcement for the campaign to be launched around Mother’s Day—under the premise that every day is Mother’s Day!

Besides the film and photo shoot, everyone joined artist and UNAIDS collaborator Sujean Rim at an art station to create cards for the campaign. Sending an e-card with a message is one the simple things people can do as part of “Believe it. Do it.”.
