The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from experienced graphic design services providers and enter into a non-exclusive long term agreement (LTA) until the end of year 2013, with the successful bidder(s) and shall provide specific deliverables and timeframe for each assignment during the contract period, as and when required.
